A Practical Event Photobooth Checklist
Prepare the device, position, queue, and storage so a self-service booth runs smoothly.

Device and placement
Use a stable stand, connect the charger, and lock the preferred screen orientation. Leave enough distance for two to four people without anyone needing to touch the device.

Run a full rehearsal
Complete one entire session: choose a frame, capture, retake, preview, download, and start again. Also test without internet because KlikFoto's core booth flow is designed to continue locally after its assets are available.
Manage the queue and storage
Place a three-step instruction card near the booth and assign one helper during busy periods. Check free storage before the event and move important archives afterward.
